Natasha Reid is a prime example of how the desire to learn new skills really does pay off at Carlton Bingo.

Natasha joined the company in 2021, and in under 12 months was promoted to Catering Team Leader at our Club in Fraserburgh, where she ran a very efficient kitchen and looked after the customer’s needs with quality food and service. 

In order to increase her skillset, Natasha made a sideways move to Admin Team Leader and by March 2023, accepted the challenge and took on the role of Team Manager. 

We’ve always valued the hard work of our staff and continually look for internal career progression opportunities. Natasha was exactly what we were looking for, and we offered her a promotion to General Manager of Fraserburgh, which she accepted late last year. She has taken on the new role with real enthusiasm and we’re looking forward to watching Natasha succeed.
