We love to watch our staff progress, and we get a lot of satisfaction from seeing them flourish.

Shannon Drylie joined Carlton bingo in September 2021 and her journey is a great example of how we like to promote from within and encourage staff to learn new skills.

Her first role was as a part-time staff member at our club in Dunfermline and we saw her potential almost straight away. 

Shannon was given more responsibility and in 2022 promoted to Gaming Team Leader, where she had an almost immediate effect within the organisation. She was instrumental in the training of a huge number of staff, including Bingo Callers, Bar Staff and Catering Staff. 

With her work ethic and capabilities shining through, we just knew that Shannon would thrive in a more senior role, and in November 2024 she was promoted to Assistant Manager. 

Recently celebrating her 25th birthday, we’re confident that Shannon will be a real asset, and we look forward to watching her get her teeth into the new role.
