Our staff really do have varied backgrounds and join us from all walks of life, but we think Kyle’s journey is definitely a unique one.

Before joining Carlton, Kyle Crossan studied Aquatic Pathology at The University of Stirling which is currently the only Masters degree of its kind in the world. 

Kyle joined the company on Halloween Night 2017 as Team Assistant, left us for a short spell during Covid, then returned to us in 2021. His duties included most aspects of bingo club life including Sales, Bar, Cash Office, Calling and MCB Control.

As a result of hard work and really thriving on the responsibility given to him, Kyle was promoted to Senior Team Assistant earlier this year. He was very good at what he did and learned new skills so well, he was promoted to Team Manager in October.

In his spare time, 29-year-old Kyle likes to bake, fish, watch tennis, but his main passion is playing bingo, where he’s often spotted in many clubs around Scotland trying to land that big jackpot win.

We look forward to watching Kyle gain new skills and grow in his role at Carlton Bingo…. the sky is the limit.
